From IEEE CE Society Future Directions Committee, Soumya delivered an invited talk on "Impact of IoT on Games, Media, and Entertainment" in the IEEE GEM 2018 conference. It was hosted at NUI Galway in Ireland (August 2018). In this talk, Soumya explored the impact of connected technologies are having on Wearable devices, Smartphones, Tablets, XR technologies to provide ultra personalized and immersive experiences.
